Eagle’s Edge will offer 150 single family homes upon its completion. The estimated timeline for the neighborhood to be completed is Fall 2025. Attention is being given to provide a comfortable homeowner experience while the neighborhood is being completed. Building phases will be completed through a block build process to ensure the construction process is completed in a street by street process.
Yes! The cost of the lot is included in the list price of homes in Eagle’s Edge. When you purchase a home with Ledford Construction you will not be charged any additional costs unless you decide to select upgrades to your home.

Yes! There are many lots and floor plans available to select from. If you do not see a lot or a floor plan you prefer available, we can discuss details of how to secure a lot with your preferred floor plan.

Ledford Construction takes pride in the attention to details of a home. They have carefully created four design packages that make the selection of finishes a stress free process: The Belson, The Monroe, The Roanoke and The Guthrie. Standard finishes in each package include custom cabinets by Twin Oaks Cabinetry, granite throughout, carpeted bedrooms, luxury vinyl plank, LED lighting and more. Great news! Many! Ledford Construction wants your home to feel like your home. You have the option to create your own design package by choosing your favorite finishes offered by Ledford Construction. A one time design fee of $300 paid at time of contracting allows you to choose all of your interior and exterior finishes that are offered by Ledford Construction.
Some changes can be considered. Ledford Construction understands functionality is important to a buyer. If there is an item you see on a floor plan that doesn’t quite meet your needs, they are open to a conversation to determine if a request can be approved or match you to a floor plan that may better suit your needs. Note: The option to make a modification to a floor plan is very limited. Modification requests will only be considered for homes that have not yet been constructed. Yes! A fence can be installed at an additional cost. Note: any upgrades, additions or closing costs are not subject to appraisal.

To secure a home in Eagle’s Edge you will make a construction deposit of $5,000 at time of contracting to Ledford Construction. Any additional costs for upgrades and fees are paid at time of contracting. All Upgrades and fees are nonrefundable and not subject to appraisal. Note: The construction deposit of $5,000 will be credited back to you at time of close to be applied to any amount due to the title company and lender fees. (Closing costs, down payment, etc.) If the $5,000 construction deposit exceeds your closing costs or down payment, you will be provided a check from the title company for the difference you are owed at time of closing.
Yes! Partnering with a trusted local lender will ensure a stress free process as you await closing day. If you have not yet connected with a local lender, we can provide you locally trusted lending options. There are many home loan programs available that meet many different needs for a buyer.
Yes! Ledford Construction is offering a $5,000 Credit provided at the time closing. This can be applied to your closing costs or upgrades, whichever provides the most value to you.
Fourth generation builders, James Ledford and Lance Ledford believe that if a concern arises the fastest way to a solution is working directly with you, the homeowner. Ledford Construction offers a one year builder warranty. At the time of contracting your new home, we will discuss the home warranty claim process in detail.
Yes, you will receive updates weekly from your builder through Builder Trends.
While it can be exciting to watch your home come together, construction sites can be dangerous as terrain is often uneven and construction debris has yet to be removed. If you must view the property, it is best to schedule a showing of the property with your agent. For safety concerns, future homeowners are asked to not visit the property without approval from Ledford Construction and are required to have representation present.

Yes! This is the day you have been waiting for! At your new home introduction, you will become familiar with the home systems, the finished layout and the opportunity to identify any items that could be a concern for you.
Sometimes you identify a need that wasn’t top of mind when you were making your selections. You have an option to request a change order. Changes are strongly discouraged as they can stall your build timeline and become costly. Approved changes are an additional $500 each. Any costs associated with a change order are required to be paid at time of the approved request. Change order costs are nonrefundable and are not subject to appraisal. All change orders will be signed by both buyer and Ledford Construction, and will become a part of your agreed builder contract.
Ledford Construction offers selections that are readily available and offer a wide variety of options for a buyer. However, if a selected finish becomes back ordered, out of stock or no longer available, they will identify alternative selections that are similar. They will share the new options available for you to be a part of the decision making process.
Yes! Ledford Construction will build on off site lots. Every piece of land is unique and different. There are many factors to be considered when selecting a floor plan for a lot. If you own land or have a lot that you would like to purchase, please contact Ledford Construction’s New Home Specialist, Cassie Berryman with The Flanagan Group.
